Return Policy
At this time, we cannot accept returns; however, we always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they're shipped.
Suppose your package is damaged during shipment or you receive the incorrect item. In that case, we will happily replace the item quickly. Please email us within 48 hours of the delivery date to receive a product replacement. contact.lovecinn@gmail.com
The email must include your name, order number, and a picture of the broken or incorrect item(s). The photos will be required for us to file a claim with USPS.
Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

Orders are processed in the order they're received. Our order processing time is 3-5 days from the order's date, excluding Sundays and Holidays.

All orders are primarily shipped from Gaithersburg, MD, via USPS. The rates are based on your provided shipping address and the weight of your order. Depending on the weight of your order, your package will be sent via Frist Class or Priority Mail. USPS has increased shipping prices during the holiday season.​

Customers should receive a tracking notification in their email upon their package shipping. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once shipped, the order should arrive within 2-5 business days.

If your package has not arrived after receiving a delivery confirmation, check with your local post office to see if they're holding it for pickup. If not, you may file a complaint with USPS and a theft report with your local police department. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the product(s) has been shipped.
