Here’s what to expect once your order is placed:

• Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.

• All packages ship from Gaithersburg, Maryland via USPS.

• Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.

• You’ll receive tracking info by email, usually active within 24 hours.

During peak seasons or holidays, USPS may increase shipping rates and experience slight delays. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend ordering early just in case.

 

Shipping rates vary by weight, but we like to keep things simple and transparent, with no surprises. Here’s a quick breakdown.

 

Shipping Rates:

• 0 – 0.86 lbs — $5.65 (Usually covers up to 5 wax melts/shipped in a protective poly-bubble mailer).

• 0.87 – 4.34 lbs — $7.65 (Usually covers 1 to 4 candles and/or wax melts).

• 4.35 – 6.99 lbs — $10.65 (Usually covers 5 to 7 candles or a mixed order).

• 7.0 lbs and up — $12.45 (Usually covers 8 to 11 candles or a large mixed order).

• Orders over $100 — FREE! (Any weight — we cover the shipping cost).

We are not responsible for packages once USPS marks them as delivered. If your package goes missing, check with your local post office first. If needed, you may file a USPS claim and report the loss to your local police department.
